The charcoal is ready to go in 5–10 minutes. Once it’s lit, you’ve got 80 to 120 minutes of high-heat grilling—plenty of time to get those perfect grill marks.

6. How long until I can actually eat?

Skewers usually take about 10–15 minutes to cook, depending on how hot you’ve got the fire going.

7. Do I need to be a "Grill Master" for this?

Nope! You don’t need extra tools or any previous experience. We designed SHWAY80 so literally anyone can do it.

8. Where can I set this up?

Anywhere outdoors! Think: the beach, camping trips, parks, or even a rooftop hang.

9. Can I use it inside?

Hard no. This is strictly for the outdoors. Burning charcoal produces carbon monoxide, which is super dangerous in enclosed spaces. Keep it outside where the vibes (and the air) are fresh.

10. Can I send this as a gift?

11. What do I do when I’m finished?

Safety first! Let the charcoal cool down completely or douse it with water before you toss the box responsibly.
